Almond Blossom Extravaganza

I have to admit, this was so overwhelming, that I looked for a poem to quote, or at least a great work of literature, not feeling able to describe the experience with any justice whatsoever and reader - neither can the poets, the writers nor my camera! A host of golden daffodils cannot compete, this was a cloud of delicate white, pink tinged blossoms, with the most addictive scent. Valleys and fields full of leafless, but full blossomed trees, all lit by the brightest of Ibiza blue skies. The season is tricky to catch for visitors, as it seems it can happen during January, February or March, so I feel very lucky indeed. The full moon Almond Blossom walk is not to be missed. It's like Nature is having a wedding, white petals acting as confetti on the bright green young grass, dotted with poppies and neon yellow wild flowers. Perfection.
